Job Description :
The Agentic AI Agent is a next-generation AI powered by Agent force that moves beyond traditional generative AI. This role involves autonomously reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks to drive customer success. Unlike chatbots, the Agentic AI Agent uses the Atlas Reasoning Engine to understand complex goals, break them down into actionable steps, and interact with existing company workflows to deliver trusted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & "Agentic" Actions Autonomous Goal Achievement: Interpret high-level objectives (e.g., "resolve support case," "qualify lead") and break them down into a sequence of actionable steps. Intelligent Reasoning & Planning: Evaluate potential actions to prioritize the best path towards a goal, adjusting plans based on real-time data and feedback. System Action Execution: Interact with CRM data, external APIs, and internal tools to take actions, not just generate text (e.g., update records, send emails, process orders).Proactive Engagement: Initiate interactions with customers, suppliers, or employees 24/7 without requiring follow-up commands. Continuous Learning: Learn from past interactions to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance over time, utilizing Data Cloud for context. Trusted Interaction: Operate within established guardrails (Einstein Trust Layer) to ensure data privacy, prevent bias, and eliminate hallucinations.

Required Capabilities (Skill Set)Goal-Oriented Reasoning: Ability to define "what" needs to be done and deduce "how" to do it. Multimodal Data Processing: Extracting, structuring, and utilizing unstructured data to provide accurate responses. Hybrid Reasoning: Combining structured business logic (Flows, Apex) with flexible LLM reasoning for precise, conversational, and safe interactions. Natural Language Interaction: Ability to converse with customers and employees seamlessly across channels (voice, web, mobile, Slack).Multi-Agent Collaboration: Capability to collaborate with other specialized agents in a team for complex tasks.
