Trigyn's has a long-term contract assignment (3 years) for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator in Hamilton, NJ. The details of the opportunity are below.

NOTE: This position is primarily Remote but need to visit 3705 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton, NJ when requested.

Description:
The Business Analyst / Project Coordinator is a hybrid role embedded within the Project Management Office (PMO) that serves as a vital connective link between the project management team, the client, integration vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role ensures the smooth execution of daily project operations while simultaneously supporting requirements gathering and business process analysis. By leveraging strong communication skills and collaboration tools, the BA/PC ensures that stakeholder expectations are managed, action items are executed, and project documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Detailed Responsibilities:

PMO & Project Coordination
? Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate, schedule, and support critical project meetings, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, executive steering committees, and vendor syncs.
? Action & RAID Log Management: Diligently capture meeting minutes, track action items, and assist Project Managers in maintaining the project RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) log.
? Status Reporting: Assist in the consolidation of cross-workstream data to generate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project health and status reports for client stakeholders.
? Artifact Management: Maintain the PMO?s central document repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), ensuring all architectural artifacts, SOPs, and governance documents are organized and accessible.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
? Requirements Support: Assist lead Business Analysts in gathering, documenting, and refining business and technical requirements from operational stakeholders.
? RTM Maintenance: Support the ongoing management of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), ensuring newly identified requirements and user stories are properly mapped.
? Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, effectively translating technical progress into business-friendly updates.
? Process Documentation: Assist in mapping current-state workflows and documenting future-state Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on stakeholder feedback.

Agile & Collaboration Tool Support
? Jira Administration: Assist in managing the PMO's Jira environment by updating user stories, tracking sprint progress, and ensuring defect logs are properly assigned.
? Cross-Vendor Alignment: Monitor shared collaboration platforms to ensure multi-vendor teams are aligned on immediate action items and upcoming milestones.

Skill & Experience Requirements:

Experience & Methodologies
? Professional Experience: 3?5 years of experience in a hybrid Project Coordinator, Junior Business Analyst, or PMO support role within complex enterprise IT environments.
? Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting large-scale healthcare IT, Medicaid/MMIS, or public sector modernization projects is highly preferred.
? Frameworks: Practical exposure to both Waterfall milestone tracking and Agile/SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) software delivery methodologies.
Technical Proficiency
? Collaboration Tools: Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
? PMO Tools: Familiarity with scheduling and reporting tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
? Document Management: Experience managing enterprise documentation within SharePoint or similar environments.

? Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both deeply technical vendors and non-technical client leadership.
? Organization: High attention to detail with the proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, track granular action items, and follow up consistently to ensure resolution.
? Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a foundational understanding of business process mapping and requirements lifecycle management.
