Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.88hr - $25.88hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of coursework towards a degree in Business Administration, or other applicable Business area.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and edit pivot tables and experience using vlookup and if statements.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and transition between assignments quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data for healthcare customers, including professionals and organizations.
- Consolidate duplicate records.
- Ensure all required identifiers are listed on consolidated records.
- Investigate potential affiliations between healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Address field force data change requests.
- Assist with data management functions within the team.
- Organize and analyze multiple data sources.
- Perform data quality assurance.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various system releases.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to various team members.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Customer Master and data analysis, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data.
