  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with internal technology, vendor, and business teams to drive issues through to resolution.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and analysis.
  • Build automation scripts, preferably using Python, to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, and support processes.
  • Participate in production releases, change management activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Support a global operating model, collaborating across regional teams and participating in incident management and problem management activities.
  • Ensure timely communication, issue tracking, and resolution of business-critical incidents.

 Required Skills and Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience supporting investment management, front office, or capital markets applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with front office investment platforms, including support for critical trading and portfolio workflows.
  • Good understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle and front office business operations.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets and troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Scripting experience, preferably in Python, for automation and operational tooling.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technology teams.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced, global support environment.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise investment management or order management platforms.
  • Familiarity with incident management, release management, and production governance processes.
  • Understanding of front office support within an asset management or financial services environment.
  • Exposure to monitoring, alerting, and operational improvement initiatives.
