Job Title: Junior RPA Developer(UiPath, PowerAutomate)

We are looking for motivated self-starters who take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving problems through automation and technology. This role is ideal for early-career developers who want to work on real-world automation solutions and contribute to innovative AI-driven products. You will initially work on client-based automation projects, with the opportunity to later contribute to our internal AI product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools
- Build scalable workflows to automate repetitive business processes
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and ongoing optimization of bots
- Document technical designs and automation processes
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or IT
- 2–3 years of experience in process automation and RPA development
- Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, PowerAutomate )
- Understanding of AI/ML principles and intelligent automation concepts is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
