Job Title: Junior RPA Analyst (UiPath, Power Automate)
Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking motivated self-starters who take initiative, communicate effectively, and are passionate about using automation and technology to improve business efficiency.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy analysing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and helping translate operational needs into scalable automation solutions. The RPA Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to support the delivery of automation initiatives using tools such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess automation opportunities across business functions
- Document current ( as-is”) and future ( to-be”) process workflows
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope
- Support RPA development through functional specifications and UAT coordination
- Measure automation performance and recommend enhancements
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience analysing and improving business processes
- Exposure to RPA and AI-driven automation concepts
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
- Power Automate, UiPath
