Title: Sr. UX Designer

Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in enterprise internal/B2B product design, particularly around data-heavy applications and reporting systems. This is a client-facing role and will play a key part in ongoing project delivery, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong problem-solving ability, capable of identifying design gaps, risks, and proposing effective solutions proactively.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be engaged through approved vendor channels
Strong design strategy and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps, risks, and mitigation ideas
Strong curiosity and interest in solving complex data-related problems
Significant experience designing enterprise internal/B2B applications, including:
Data-dense interfaces
Data tables and dashboards
Reporting and analytics workflows
Good understanding of data concepts, including:
Data structures, schemas, and tables
Data pipelines
Excel and data handling workflows
Excellent hands-on experience with Figma including:
Variables
Design systems
Layer management
Design-to-code understanding and collaboration with developers
Preferred / Should Have:
Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS
Experience using AI-assisted design/prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, or similar platforms
Telecom industry experience
Experience with data-oriented design and component-driven content architecture
Strong collaboration experience working closely with engineering teams
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with React fundamentals and component-based architecture
Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and developer productivity tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot
