Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Windows Support Engineer with strong experience in Windows OS imaging, endpoint configuration, and device management for retail store environments. The ideal candidate will support the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of store endpoint devices, ensuring standardized builds, security compliance, and smooth operations across store locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, create, and maintain Windows OS images for store endpoint devices using imaging tools and deployment frameworks.
• Configure and manage endpoint devices including POS systems, desktops, laptops, and peripherals across retail stores.
• Perform device provisioning, configuration, and patch management using endpoint management tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, device drivers, and hardware compatibility problems.
• Manage Active Directory policies, user access, and system configurations for store endpoints.
• Support device lifecycle management including imaging, deployment, updates, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and store IT teams to ensure secure and compliant endpoint configurations.
• Document imaging procedures, configuration standards, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in OS Imaging and deployment (SCCM, MDT, or similar tools)
• Experience with endpoint configuration and device management
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and user/device management
• Experience supporting retail store devices such as POS systems and peripherals
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, drivers, and hardware issues
