Description
We are looking for a skilled an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems to ensure optimal performance and security. This position requires a strong understanding of networking technologies and the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain network systems, including LANs, routers, and firewalls, to ensure reliable connectivity.
Configure and manage Cisco networking equipment, ensuring proper functionality and security.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Implement and oversee firewall technologies to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
Manage Active Directory environments, ensuring proper user access and directory services.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement scalable network solutions.
Perform regular updates and patches to network hardware and software.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users regarding network-related issues.
Requirements
Proven experience with firewall technologies and their configuration.
Strong knowledge of Cisco routers and networking protocols.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
Familiarity with LAN setup and maintenance.
Proficiency in SonicWall and Juniper Networks.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Understanding of network security best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
