Solutions Consultant (Security clearance must)

Key Responsibilities

As the Solutions Consultant, you will work with our Customer and Product teams to maintain and develop customer relationships and generate new opportunities with the customer by ensuring successful delivery of our product, and providing a customer intimate pre and post-sales experience.

Your role will be to understand how various systems can be integrated and to map a solution for each of our new customers. You'll utilise your expertise in one or more of the following areas: data science, data engineering, data structures, and/or consulting to identify and document the solution that we can deliver based on the product functionality and customer specific requirements.

The ideal candidate will excel at communicating the value of data, analytics, and performance metrics to both potential and current customers. You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, nurturing close relationships with our clients to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical demonstrations of our data products for customers, understand customer needs and advise on how our products can help to solve their problems and add value.

2. Needs Analysis: Engage with clients (internal/external) to uncover challenges and technical requirements.

3. Solution Design: Develop customized, strategic, and technical solutions using company offerings to solve business problems.

4. Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to qualify leads, provide technical expertise, and deliver compelling product demos.

5. Value Proposition: Articulate and demonstrate how proposed solutions deliver tangible business value and ROI.

6. Implementation & Training: Support project managers and train clients on using the implemented solutions.

7. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with different departments and educate diverse audiences (executives, technical users).

8. Work with the product team to ensure the successful technical delivery of 6–7 figure, complex, technical deliverables.

9. Work in a team environment and build relationships at executive, senior technical management and key contributor levels.

Qualifications & Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree level qualification in relevant field of study i.e. data, technical or sales related, or other advanced business management degree

• 4-5+ years of sales and/or business development experience in technical software and engineering services

• Experience working with one or more leading Aerospace & Defense companies, or related business in data, cloud, AI, etc.

• Some knowledge in the field of simulation/game engines such as Unity, Unreal, VBS etc.
