Job Description:

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC) resource to lead and support subscription lifecycle management implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/Finance modules and proven ability to design, configure, and deliver subscription-based solutions integrated with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC).
Configure subscription lifecycle processes including creation, billing, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Integrate OSMC with Oracle Financials (AR, Revenue Management, GL) and Order Management.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define subscription models and revenue recognition requirements.
Drive CRP sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
Provide thought leadership on subscription-based business models and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall Oracle ERP/Cloud experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC).
Strong expertise in Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order Management.
Deep understanding of O2C processes and subscription lifecycle management.
Experience in solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in at least 2+ Oracle Cloud implementations involving OSMC.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of integration touchpoints with CPQ, Billing, and external CRM systems.
Familiarity with FBDI, OTBI, and BIP reporting tools.
Ability to architect subscription-based revenue models aligned with ASC 606 compliance.
Local Bay Area candidates strongly preferred.
