Quality Assurance

Required Skills Child welfare domain experience + Salesforce + Selenium

Responsibilities: End-to-End Case Management Validation: Test complete child welfare workflows, including intake reports, safety assessments, foster care placements, court proceedings, and adoption finalizations.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Verify that the system accurately captures federal and state-mandated data points (e.g., AFCARS, NYTD) and generates compliant statutory reports.

Complex Business Logic Verification: Validate matrix-based risk assessments, eligibility determinations for title IV-E funding, and automated provider matching algorithms.

Access Control & Data Security (HIPAA/PII): Audit Salesforce Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security to ensure sensitive case data is strictly restricted.

Component & Customization Validation: Test standard and custom objects, complex Flow automations, Apex triggers), and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).

Environment & Integration Auditing: Validate data synchronization between Salesforce and external state systems (across Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs Regression Suite Design: Build and maintain scalable, robust automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model) to run extensive regression suites after Salesforce seasonal releases or state policy updates.

Dynamic ID Handling: Develop advanced XPath and CSS selectors tailored to handle Salesforce’s highly dynamic, deeply nested DOM structures and Shadow DOM elements.

Cross-Browser & Performance Validation: Execute parallel automated test scripts across multiple browsers and responsive layouts to ensure field workers can reliably access the system on mobile tablets Expected Deliverable(s) Test cases, scripts, results, and defects management
