You will validate complex case management workflows, federal reporting standards, and automated testing frameworks to support social workers and state agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the system accurately captures mandated data points (e.g., AFCARS, NYTD) and generates compliant statutory reports.
  • Business Logic & Funding Validation: Test matrix-based risk assessments, Title IV-E funding eligibility determinations, and automated provider matching algorithms.
  • Data Security & Access Audits: Verify Salesforce Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security (FLS) to protect HIPAA/PII data.
  • Platform Customization Testing: Test standard/custom objects, complex Flow automations, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
  • Integration & Environment Validation: Audit data synchronization between Salesforce and external state systems across sandboxes and scratch orgs.
  • Automation Framework Maintenance: Build and scale robust regression automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model) using Selenium to support continuous releases.
  • Dynamic DOM & Cross-Browser Handling: Develop advanced XPath/CSS selectors to handle Salesforce’s nested DOM structures and validate cross-browser and mobile-tablet responsiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Core Technologies: Salesforce (Service Cloud / Custom Apps), Selenium, Advanced XPath/CSS.
  • Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in Child Welfare, Social Services, or Human Services case management systems.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with federal regulations, reporting standards (AFCARS, NYTD), and funding guidelines (Title IV-E).
  • Testing Expertise: Strong background in regression test design, API/integration testing, security auditing (PII/HIPAA), and defect lifecycle management.

Expected Deliverables

  • Comprehensive test plans, test cases, and executable automated test scripts.
  • Detailed test execution results, defect tracking logs, and quality audit reports.
