Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with potential clients to understand technical and business requirements and ensure all necessary information is gathered before proposing solutions.
• Understand Oracle BOM and validate product fitment according to customer requirements.
• Provide technical solutions in a professional manner within agreed timelines.
• Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
• Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Create internal design and configuration documentation including data flows, architecture diagrams, and technical explanations.
• Work with Oracle Support and Product Management teams to provide feedback on existing product issues or improvements.
• Design technical solutions for customized or bespoke customer requirements.
• Present and sell technical solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Prepare compelling sales proposals including technical and commercial documentation highlighting business benefits and cost savings.
• Lead bid teams when required and coordinate proposal activities.
• Interface with implementation and project delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with at least two of the following Oracle Cloud products:

• Enterprise Contracts & Subscription Management
• Self Service Management (Custom PHP / Oracle DCS)
• Groovy Scripting

Oracle CPQ Cloud

• BMQL & BML Scripting
• Model Configuration & Pricing
• Oracle Eloqua / Responsys
• Campaign Management
• Landing Pages & Templates
• Response Management

Oracle Field Service Cloud

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting
• Activity Routing

Oracle BI / Oracle Analytics Cloud Integration

• SOAP / REST Services
• Oracle Integration Cloud
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Oracle Database

• Tables, Views, Procedures, Indexes
• Performance Tuning Concepts

Oracle PaaS & Licensing Concepts

• Oracle Licensing
• PaaS Hardware Sizing Recommendations

Candidates should also be comfortable working with Windows and Linux based server platforms and recommending infrastructure resources for enterprise applications.
