Lead Security & Fire Alarm Installer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to support commercial security, fire alarm, and access control projects. This role is ideal for a technician who can independently interpret blueprints, determine the most effective installation pathways, build infrastructure, run cable, and complete device installations from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong installation experience and the ability to direct projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Determine optimal cable pathways and installation methods.
  • Install and support fire alarm, access control, and security systems.
  • Build cable pathways and infrastructure as required.
  • Pull, route, secure, and terminate low-voltage cabling.
  • Install devices, panels, readers, sensors, cameras, and associated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems operate properly.
  • Maintain quality standards and complete projects according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
