NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Enterprise Architect to join our team in San Diego, CA.We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale systems integration and organizational transformation initiative. This role will play a critical part in aligning technology architecture across newly merged entities, ensuring seamless integration, secure authentication, and accurate data migration across enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on architect who can bridge technical strategy and execution, working closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Role Responsibilities - Lead enterprise architecture efforts across applications, devices, networks, identity, and O365 ecosystems
- Own and oversee:
- System integrations across newly merged organizations
- Authentication and identity management frameworks
- Data migration strategy and execution
- Ensure alignment of architecture and execution with Wave 1, Wave 2, and Wave 3 transformation plans
- Identify, document, and manage interdependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Partner with Business Analysts to facilitate hands-on system interactions with end users
- Support:
- Onboarding of new employees into enterprise systems
- System provisioning and access setup
- Accurate payroll system configuration and data integrity
- Provide architectural governance and validation to ensure scalability, security, and compliance
- Evaluate and ensure proper integration across key platforms, including:
- Workday
- Salesforce (SFDC)
- Microsoft O365 suite
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
This role will work closely with:
- Program Manager (PM)
- PMO Team
- Executive Sponsor(s)
- Business Analysts, IT teams, and system owners across the organization
Required Skills/Experience - 7+ years'' experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex, multi-system environments
- 3+ years'' experience supporting M&A integrations, system consolidations, or transformation programs
- 3+ years'' experience in O365 ecosystem
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferences
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS integrations
- Experience working in phased transformation environments (Wave-based delivery models)
- Experience in healthcare
- Bachelor''s degree in computer science or similar

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80.00-$117.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
