Technical Product Manager

Our direct client (a leading healthcare company) is looking to hire 100% Remote - Technical Product Manager.

Duration: 6+ Months contract (further extendable).

General Purpose of the Job

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) serves as a critical conduit between our business stakeholders, clinical & business operations, and our development teams. Possessing a unique blend of business and technical savvy, the TPM is an expert in healthcare software solutions who transforms complex clinical needs and business objectives into well-defined functional and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an IT and/or Healthcare setting.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst role within an agile software development environment.
• Proven track record of managing software products through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Strong experience in developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the requirements management process.
• Exceptional ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to facilitate productive conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage conflicting requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
