Job Description:
Flexible for non locals : The ideal candidate will be onsite 2 days per month for this role.
Primary Responsibilities
Application PackagingPackage and publish applications using FlexApp.
Conduct application compatibility testing.
Troubleshoot deployment failures.
Maintain package lifecycle documentation.
Manage application onboarding requests.
Endpoint EngineeringAdminister Microsoft Intune.
Support Autopilot provisioning.
Manage device configuration policies.
Maintain compliance and reporting standards.
Improve endpoint management automation.
Windows Image ManagementAssist with gold image development.
Participate in image testing and validation.
Maintain application baselines.
Support Windows 11 deployment efforts.
Operational ExcellenceReduce recurring incident volume.
Develop monitoring and reporting improvements.
Document support procedures.
Create knowledge articles.
Identify opportunities for automation.
Support TransitionPartner with the Service Desk.
Develop tiered support processes.
Create troubleshooting documentation.
Expand first-contact resolution capabilities.
