Engineering Manager - Server, Find My

As a line manager, your responsibilities will include research and development for enabling new user behavior, working closely with multi-functional teams to optimally coordinate the sophisticated interdependencies inherent to our ecosystem. Ensuring quality in every deliverable, creative thinking, strong problem solving, and the ability to collaborate with other multi- functional teams in a dynamic setting are meaningful attributes which will serve you well in this role.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical management role\nStrong technical foundation and hands-on experience\nValidated programming experience is required, 5+ years\nStrong Java expertise - including but not limited to: Core Java, Multithreading, non-blocking IO\nAbility to recruit, grow, and retain top talent\nStrategic thinking with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent analytical and problem solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to thrive in a multi-functional team on high-profile, critical projects\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
