Job Purpose
Partner with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to guide decisions across freight, outside warehousing, inventory, and capital projects. Provide analysis and insight to help the business manage costs and working capital, shaping decisions that improve operational and financial results.
Essential Functions
Provide finance support for freight, outside warehousing, inventory, and capital projects
Own the monthly accrual process for areas of support, in line with the close calendar
Support recurring business reviews across freight, outside warehousing, inventory, and capital projects
Support the annual budget and periodic forecast processes by partnering with business leaders to develop financial plans, document assumptions, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities
Support the annual external audit process by preparing schedules, providing requested documentation, and coordinating with auditors and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain forecasting, trending, and what-if models; develop new reporting and improve existing tools
Prepare polished financial reports and presentations for executive business reviews
Stay close to the underlying business to provide sharp commentary and flag issues early
Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance
Support M&A activity and ERP implementations as needed
Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance monthly financial reporting, streamline analysis, and improve the quality of management presentations
Support the broader Supply Chain Finance team on projects as needed
Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
4+ years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience
Standard costing or purchase price variance (PPV) experience preferred
Manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution industry experience preferred
Prior experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, or other relational databases/BI tools preferred
Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables) and comfort building executive-ready PowerPoint decks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving instincts; comfortable defining an issue, gathering data, and drawing sound conclusions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with varying levels of management across the organization
Ability to stay effective through complexity, ambiguity, and a fast pace
Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working both in group settings and independently

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
