Summary

Overview

We are seeking Content Strategist to own and optimize its end-to-end security content ecosystem. This role focuses on content strategy, AI enablement, and ecosystem-level consistency—not hands-on content creation. You’ll design systems that ensure security messaging stays aligned, scalable, and effective across training, documentation, and customer-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain an AI-optimized knowledge ecosystem with consistent taxonomy, tagging, and messaging
Ensure content updates cascade correctly across formats (white papers, training, Q&A, videos, delivery channels)
Own consistency across 50+ security assets and ~600 Q&A pairs; identify redundancies and retirement opportunities
Define metrics, analytics, and reporting to measure content health and business impact
Build AI toolkits, prompt libraries, templates, and enablement workflows for SMEs
Partner with writers, instructional designers, knowledge managers, and editors to execute strategy
Improve content discoverability, usability, and delivery channels

Required Qualifications

7+ years in content strategy, content operations, or knowledge management
Hands-on experience using AI tools in content workflows
Strong analytics and metrics design experience
Proven ability to influence without direct authority
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

Experience in cloud security, compliance, or technical domains
Familiarity with content or knowledge delivery platform
