Employment: Fulltime Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced
Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with deep expertise across Salesforce Clouds, integrations, data architecture, and enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on ability with Data Cloud (CDP), extensive Apex/LWC development background, and proven experience leading end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills - Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience (Community) Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Strong development experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and tools such as MuleSoft.
- Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including multi-year work on Data Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) including data modeling, ingestion pipelines, segmentation, and architecture design.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Preferred certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Data Architect
- Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Agile environments, stakeholder management, and mentoring technical teams.
Roles & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, including discovery, impact analysis, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Architect data models, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and data flows within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure scalability, accuracy, and performance.
- Facilitate client discovery workshops, define business-driven use cases, and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership: mentoring developers, enforcing best practices, conducting code/solution reviews, and ensuring optimal design quality.
- Oversee integrations between Data Cloud and CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL/Integration tools.
- Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including data models, sequence diagrams, flow maps, consumption estimates, deployment plans, and cutover strategies.
- Implement and monitor data governance, security controls, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Drive post-launch performance monitoring, proactively identify issues, and optimize system health and functionality.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver training to ensure user adoption and operational readiness.
