We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team, focusing on driving the development of innovative digital products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of product development, translating business objectives into actionable tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain a well-structured backlog of user stories and epics in Azure DevOps.
  • Drive product objectives through data analysis, customer feedback, and competitive research.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to optimize workflows and maximize product value.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to ensure product competitiveness and compliance.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams to resolve conflicts and enhance collaboration.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe methodologies and product management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow and MS Office.
  • Background in developing B2B software products or internal tools.
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in product management or related fields.
