Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst) - 15+ Years MUST

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in enterprise IT strategy, financial operations, reporting, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in analyzing complex business processes, developing strategic technology recommendations, and producing executive-level operational and financial metrics.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience working with large data sets from multiple sources, and the ability to streamline and automate reporting processes wherever possible. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, collaborating across business and technical teams, and providing insights that support enterprise decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain monthly operational and financial metrics dashboards and reporting.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Perform manual calculations, forecasting, trend analysis, and data validation activities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to move toward automated reporting solutions.
• Support IT financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
• Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to align systems with organizational goals.
• Provide executive-level insights, recommendations, and business intelligence reporting.
• Lead or support large-scale enterprise IT initiatives and transformation programs.
• Create documentation, reporting standards, and process workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a senior-level Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Strong experience in enterprise IT environments and financial strategy initiatives.
• Expertise in business process analysis, systems analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience producing business metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
