Databricks Implementation Specialist (Senior Position)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Quality Analyst / Databricks Implementation Specialist. This role will serve as a Domain Data Quality Lead, responsible for driving enterprise data governance initiatives, enabling business stewards, and ensuring data products across the Databricks Lakehouse platform are trusted, governed, and technically aligned with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data governance, metadata management, lineage validation, and data quality implementation, along with deep technical knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, data stewards, engineering teams, and enterprise stakeholders to establish scalable governance frameworks and ensure high-quality enterprise data assets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a senior-level Business Systems Analyst, Data Governance Analyst, or Data Quality professional supporting enterprise IT initiatives.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data analysis.
• Strong expertise with:

  • Enterprise data governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of:
  • Data lineage
  • Metadata management
  • Data quality methodologies
