We're hiring an MSP Coordinator / Manager for a full-time role based in Phoenixville with a growing Managed Services Provider that supports a diverse client base across IT infrastructure, end-user support, and field services.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience working in an MSP or IT services environment
Strong client-facing communication skills (phone, email, ticketing)
Experience handling client intake calls and issue triage
Ability to dispatch and coordinate field or technical teams
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Experience with ticketing systems and task management tools
Desired Skills & Experience
Prior experience in an MSP Coordinator, Service Manager, or Dispatch role
Familiarity with ITIL or service delivery best practices
Experience with tools like ConnectWise, ServiceNow, Autotask, or similar
Leadership or team coordination experience
Process improvement or workflow optimization experience

30% Scheduling, Dispatch, and Task Management Tools

Daily Responsibilities
40% Hands On (client intake calls, dispatching, documentation)
35% Management Duties (task delegation, prioritization, workflow oversight)
25% Team Collaboration (technicians, field teams, leadership)
