Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this Contract to permanent role, you will act as the central point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination for the implementation and optimization of Kronos Workforce Dimensions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in ERP/CRM systems and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Kronos configuration team and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Manage and document business requirements to support the successful implementation and optimization of Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
Coordinate project activities and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of goals and milestones.
Provide hands-on configuration management and technical support for Kronos Workforce Dimensions.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and integrate APIs and other system enhancements.
Assist in the development of client-side scripting solutions to meet specific business needs.
Support Salesforce development efforts and ensure alignment with overall system objectives.
Offer guidance and expertise on Kronos Workforce Dimensions, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of the platform.
Leverage experience with GlobalView to enhance system functionality and integration, if applicable.
Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure project success.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions, including configuration and optimization.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
Demonstrated experience in gathering and managing business requirements.
Proficiency in client-side scripting and API development.
Background in Salesforce development and integration.
Solid understanding of configuration management practices.
Experience with GlobalView is preferred but not required.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines efficiently.
