Your Opportunity:
As a Systems Analyst II, you will be at the center of how technology and business come together. This role goes beyond gathering requirements. You'll partner directly with stakeholders, translate real business needs into smart system solutions, and help shape how our systems evolve to support growth.

You'll have visibility across teams and the opportunity to own projects from discovery through delivery. Whether you're improving processes, solving system challenges, or influencing how solutions are designed, your work will have a direct impact on how efficiently the business operates.

You will love this because you will have ownership and exposure. You will dig into problems. Connect the dots. See your solutions come to life in a real-world environment. It's a chance to step into more complex work, build your technical depth, and make a measurable difference.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specifications
  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and driving effective solutions
  • Document business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a way that is clear and usable across teams
  • Lead and support small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs and function as expected
  • Collaborate with developers and other analysts to refine solutions and ensure successful implementation
  • Train end users and create documentation to support system adoption and ongoing use

What you'll bring:
  • 2-6 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and think through implementation
  • Experience documenting processes, functional specs, and technical designs
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Basic programming or debugging experience, with exposure to ABAP preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently on moderately complex projects
