Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Agile Delivery Lead / Data Management Analyst IV to support
Legacy Data Platforms within the
CDO Enterprise Data & Technology (EDT) Data Platforms team. This role will lead agile delivery for complex, large-scale technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (including multiple CIO organizations), and ensure transparency, execution excellence, and continuous improvement across programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong agile leadership, program management expertise, technical acumen in data platforms, and the ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed enterprise environments.
ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Execution- Lead and mature agile delivery practices by establishing and reinforcing agile standards, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
- Facilitate core agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning and Sprint Reviews
- Daily Stand-ups
- Retrospectives
- Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Partner closely with Product Owners to:
- Prioritize work effectively
- Refine and manage backlogs across L1, L2, and L3 levels
- Ensure alignment to business and technology objectives
Program & Stakeholder Management- Coordinate and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple CIO organizations.
- Act as a key representative of the CDO EDT Data Platforms team, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership.
- Enable clear communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences.
Tools, Reporting & Transparency- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities within Jira for ticket creation, refinement, and maintenance.
- Maintain strong Jira hygiene, including backlog accuracy, ticket quality, and workflow compliance.
- Provide transparency to stakeholders through dashboards, reporting, and delivery metrics.
Data & Technology Enablement- Support initiatives related to legacy data platforms through program coordination, data analysis, and delivery oversight.
- Contribute to execution of large-scale, technically complex data and platform modernization initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications- 7-10 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or equivalent role supporting technology products or platforms.
- Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and delivery metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong program management and coordination skills in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting data platforms, legacy systems, or enterprise data environments.
- Experience working across multiple CIO or large technology organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling or automation within agile delivery platforms.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, highly regulated, or large-enterprise environments.
