Change Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Change Manager to support large scale transformation initiatives, including a major ERP implementation. This role will lead change management efforts to drive adoption, reduce resistance, and help employees successfully transition to new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute change management strategies for transformation initiatives
* Identify and address resistance to change through targeted interventions
* Create and deliver communications including presentations, FAQs, updates, and other change materials
* Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop engagement plans
* Perform change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers and team leaders
* Design and deliver training programs to support adoption of new processes and systems
* Monitor change progress and support achievement of project goals
* Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement across initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role
* Demonstrated success leading organizational change and ERP related transformation projects
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
* Experience leading large scale transformation projects, including ERP implementations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively in environments with resistance to change
* Experience developing and delivering training and communication programs
* Ability to manage conflict and influence stakeholders
* Experience conducting change impact assessments
* Ability to coach leaders and facilitate organizational change

Preferred Skills:
* Change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP
* Experience in organizations undergoing significant transformation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
