UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Business Analyst || Remote

We are seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Business Analyst to support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG Pro WFM platform. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, supporting system integrations, managing user access requests, and assisting with system testing, documentation, and release management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve UKG Pro WFM incidents and application issues.
• Monitor and support system integrations, ensuring timely resolution of errors and failures.
• Manage and approve user access requests through SailPoint.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and process workflows.
• Participate in on-call support for production issues and critical system outages.
• Review UKG releases and communicate potential impacts to the business and support teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
• Strong experience supporting Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve UKG time clock issues, including 9100 and DX devices.
• Experience with Advanced Scheduling and Absence Management.
• Knowledge of Transaction Assistant and CRT configuration/manipulation.
• Experience creating and maintaining HyperFinds, DataViews, and Notifications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT ticketing/incident management processes.
• Experience developing Knowledge Base Articles and technical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Workforce Analytics.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Productivity solutions.
• Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
• Familiarity with UKG Data Hub.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Pro-Watch integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Jira.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a UKG WFM professional with strong production support, troubleshooting, and application sustainment experience.
