JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Developer with strong expertise in Workbrain, Infor Workforce Management (WFM), and SQL.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and managing custom interfaces, system integrations, custom code, and WFM solutions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Time & Attendance, Labor Forecasting, Schedule Optimization, employee availability, and workforce scheduling.
Experience migrating from other workforce management systems to Infor WFM is highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, develop, and manage custom interfaces and system integrations.
- Analyze existing custom code and document modifications and enhancements.
- Develop custom solutions and code based on business requirements.
- Support integration and customization activities within workforce management environments.
- Participate in migration activities from other workforce management systems to Infor WFM.
- Configure and support workforce management functionality related to Time & Attendance.
- Support Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization processes.
- Work with employee availability and shift-management requirements.
- Support labor budgeting and workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, interface, integration, and data-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system changes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management, application development, or related technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workbrain.
- Strong experience with Infor Workforce Management (WFM).
- Strong SQL development and database-querying skills.
- Experience developing and managing custom interfaces.
- Experience with system integration and custom application development.
- Ability to analyze existing custom code and document technical changes.
- Experience developing custom solutions based on business requirements.
- Strong understanding of workforce management processes and applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong functional knowledge of Time & Attendance.
- Experience with Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization.
- Experience managing employee availability and shifts.
- Experience with Labor Budgeting.
- Experience migrating from other WFM platforms to Infor WFM.
- Knowledge of Java.
