Job Overview:
  • The PMO Coordinator provides administrative and technical support for project planning, resource management, and portfolio activities.
  • This role ensures data accuracy, supports planning processes, and helps maintain high-quality project schedules and resource plans.
  • The position requires collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams to improve planning quality, forecasting, and resource utilization.
Experience:
  • 1 2 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related support role.
  • Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in project management are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and technical support for project planning tools and ensure data accuracy across project plans.
  • Support project and program portfolio planning, including prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Assist project managers in maintaining up-to-date schedules and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve planning and data issues.
  • Maintain the integrity of project plans and ensure priorities are clearly reflected.
  • Develop, maintain, and track planning and resource metrics.
  • Use metrics to improve planning quality, forecasting accuracy, and resource utilization.
  • Provide training to users and develop training documentation and reference materials.
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and track action items.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project management and planning tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to track project progress and provide clear summaries.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Should Have:
  • Basic knowledge of gas turbine products or willingness to learn.
  • French language proficiency is preferred.
