Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Project Summary

The client is seeking a highly motivated Data Reporting Analyst with strong experience in relational databases, case management systems, and/or healthcare technology. This department provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to participate meaningfully in their communities.

Position Summary

The Data Reporting Analyst will create reports from Healthcare / Case Management / EHR applications to support case management, clinical operations, and claiming functions.

This role will:
  • Work alongside Business Analysts and technical teams.
  • Use an Advanced Report Writer within a new Case Management, Clinical, and Claiming system.
  • Provide best practices for reporting efficiency.
  • Manage multiple tasks with aggressive deadlines.
  • Apply strong technical, analytical, and reporting skills using relational databases, SharePoint, and BI tools.
  • Interpret complex data needs to build analytical solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reports based on written specifications using an Advanced Reporting Specification framework.
  • Cross-reference and document field names, column names, data locations in screens, and security requirements.
  • Document reporting code in a clear, organized, and complete format.
  • Perform thorough unit testing to validate report functionality.
  • Collaborate directly with business users to clarify and refine report requirements.
  • Understand and accurately implement report/data security models (e.g., user-level, supervisor-level).


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to query relational databases.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic technical environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience in Government or Healthcare is helpful but not required.


Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT environments.
