Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IDMC Developer with strong experience in modern data integration and cloud-based data platforms to design, develop, and enhance enterprise HCM integrations. This role is ideal for a hands-on integration specialist with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), as well as experience working with enterprise systems such as Workday and other HR, payroll, and financial platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, reliable data pipelines, implementing integration best practices, and collaborating within agile delivery teams to support critical enterprise data flows and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines using Informatica IDMC.
Build integrations between Workday and downstream systems.
Develop ELT/ETL workflows using IDMC services.
Implement batch, API, and event-driven integrations.
Define data requirements with stakeholders.
Implement validation and monitoring processes.
Optimize pipelines for performance and scalability.
Support medallion architecture frameworks.
Troubleshoot integration failures.
Participate in Agile ceremonies.
Maintain documentation.
Deliver curated datasets for analytics.
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years data integration experience
Informatica IDMC hands-on experience
Workday/HCM integration experience
Strong SQL skills
API and batch integration experience
Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform)
Agile experience
Strong communication skills
Preferred
MuleSoft or Boomi experience
Workday APIs and RaaS
