Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to lead the design and implementation of service management processes in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in service orders, subscriptions, billing integration, and solution quotation design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes
• Configure and manage:
• Service Orders
• Contracts & Subscriptions
• Billing and Revenue Integration
• Design and implement Solution Quotations for complex offerings:
• Product + Service bundles
• Subscription-based services
• Usage-based services
• Define and configure:
• Pricing models
• Product/service configurations
• Dependency logic using SAP frameworks
• Work closely with stakeholders to:
• Gather and document requirements
• Perform fit-gap analysis
• Recommend optimized solutions
• Design efficient alternatives to heavy customization, including:
• Validation mechanisms
• Approval workflows
• Standard system controls
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional processes:
• Finance
• Billing
• Revenue Recognition

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service Management
• Expertise in Solution Quotation configuration
• Experience with subscription and usage-based service models
• Knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue integration
• Strong understanding of SAP cross-functional integration (FI/CO)
• Ability to lead workshops and interact with business stakeholders

Preferred:

• Prior experience in large-scale S/4HANA implementations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
