AI/ML Engineer - Only on W2

Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for "AI/ML Engineer" for long term Contract/Fulltime position available with following Job description.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
Design, develop, and deploy RAG pipelines for enterprise applications.
Implement data preprocessing, vector embeddings, and retrieval systems for RAG.
Analyze large-scale datasets to extract insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
Implement AI/ML algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and NLP models.
Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model training workflows.
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
Optimize model performance, monitor production models, and perform model retraining as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RAG, LLMs, NLP, and AI/ML research.

Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), embeddings, and retrieval systems.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) for ML deployment.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
Experience with real-time model serving and API development.

Education:
Bachelor s Degree
