Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy RAG pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Implement data preprocessing, vector embeddings, and retrieval systems for RAG.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to extract insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Implement AI/ML algorithms including supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, and NLP models.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model training workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance, monitor production models, and perform model retraining as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RAG, LLMs, NLP, and AI/ML research.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) for ML deployment.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Experience with real-time model serving and API development.
