Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, design scalable solutions, lead technical initiatives, and provide application and infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Azure DevOps, solution architecture, integrations, APIs, CI/CD, release management, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical architecture, or related technical leadership roles.

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.

• 5+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps, including source control, build pipelines, deployment pipelines, and release management.

• 3+ years of experience with data architecture, data integration, or enterprise data solutions.

• 5+ years of experience providing infrastructure, network, or enterprise application support.

• Strong experience with the Microsoft Azure platform and cloud-based application services.

• Experience designing solutions involving APIs, system integrations, authentication, and cross-platform communication.

• Experience with Azure Communication Services or related Azure communication technologies.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated deployments, and technical change management.

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.

• Ability to design and document complex technical architectures involving multiple platforms and systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates should possess the following certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• ITIL Foundation Certification
