Job Summary

Value Technology is seeking an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP QM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve quality processes, ensure compliance, and integrate QM with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP QM (Quality Management) module based on business requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to quality processes.
Configure quality planning, quality inspection, and quality control processes in SAP.
Manage inspection planning, inspection lots, and quality notifications.
Configure quality certificates, audit management, and defect tracking.
Integrate SAP QM with other modules such as SAP MM, PP, PM, and SD.
Support data migration, testing, and user training during SAP implementations.
Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide production support and issue resolution for SAP QM processes.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience in SAP QM module configuration and support.
Knowledge of quality inspection processes and quality notifications.
Experience with inspection planning, inspection lots, and usage decisions.
Experience integrating SAP QM with MM, PP, and other SAP modules.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM processes.
Experience with master data configuration related to quality management.
Understanding of SAP testing and documentation processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
Knowledge of quality audit management and compliance processes.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.
Experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
SAP QM certification is a plus.
