OverviewA technology organization is seeking an experienced
Web Developer to support medium- to large-scale, mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in modern web development, experience maintaining both current and legacy applications, and is able to work in a structured hybrid schedule. This role requires local on-site availability several days per week.
Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of experience developing medium to large, mission-critical web systems.
- Ability to provide a secure, professional remote work environment, including reliable internet, monitors, docking station, peripherals, and a private workspace.
- Must be geographically located within the designated region and able to work on-site 3 days/week in a hybrid capacity.
- Ability to maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule (or 32 hours during holiday weeks), with consistent daily attendance; all time off must be approved in advance.
- Comfortable working in a structured schedule:
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Core Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex web applications across modern and legacy platforms.
- Implement secure, maintainable, scalable application features in alignment with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, testers, and architects.
- Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Maintain older systems to ensure reliability and support modernization efforts when needed.

Bonus Experience- Familiarity with VIBE Coding rapid development methodology.
