Job Description:

This role serves as the primary Workday Financials Administrator, working closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional partners to support, maintain, and continuously improve our financial systems ecosystem. You''ll also contribute to Etsy''s active efforts to apply AI and automation to transform how our finance function operates.

Qualities That Will Help You Thrive in This Role

4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials system administration experience
Working knowledge of core financial processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Revenue Recognition, Period End Close, Banking & Settlement, etc.)
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; realizes that being strategic and tactical are not mutually exclusive
Ability to balance control requirements with operational efficiency to bring the greatest value to Etsy
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end while contributing as a team member on others
Experience working in a global, multi-currency environment
Experience managing and troubleshooting system integrations
Coupa administration experience, including configuration, user access management, and support of procurement and invoicing workflows
Familiarity with or curiosity about applying AI and automation tools to transform finance operations - Client''s Finance Transformation team is actively exploring how AI can improve and evolve our financial systems and processes
