Job Description:
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
Create regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and strategic planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Perform statistical analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Support data governance, quality assurance, and documentation efforts.
Work closely with engineering and business teams to improve data availability and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and PivotTables.
Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to present complex data in a simple and meaningful way.
Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive analytics.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Understanding of business metrics and KPI development.
