Implementation Lead, Manhattan WMS

<>Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects to develop and enhance warehouse management systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and oversee system configuration changes.
• Coordinate system testing, validation, and deployment for distribution center updates.
• Act as a liaison between operations, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide leadership in prioritizing and executing supply chain technology projects.

<>Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with enterprise warehouse systems, particularly Manhattan Associates WMS.
• Strong technical skills in relational databases and SQL for complex query analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical solutions.

<>Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading large-scale system implementations or process transformations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site support at distribution centers.
