Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant (EPBCS)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Planning (EPBCS). This role requires a hands-on professional who can design, develop, and support planning solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and support of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (EPBCS) applications
Work on both ASO and BSO cubes including design, optimization, and performance tuning
Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy scripts
Implement data integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, and batch automation
Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks
Perform data reconciliation across multiple upstream/downstream systems
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles
Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
Ensure system stability, security, and adherence to best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS)
Strong understanding of ASO and BSO cube architectures
Hands-on experience with calculation scripts and Groovy scripting
Experience with batch processing, automation, and scheduling jobs
Solid experience with data integrations and data reconciliation
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Good understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FCCS, ARCS, or other Oracle EPM modules
Knowledge of REST APIs and EPM Automate
Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
