Key Expectations

Understand the Toyota landscape and nomenclatures, as well as business levers in supply chain and operations.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current supply chain application and process landscape.
Understand business, operational, and technology challenges across the transformation scope.
Partner closely with executive stakeholders and program leadership.
Develop strategic recommendations aligned to business value realization.
Define and drive the transformation roadmap, execution approach, and governance model.
Coordinate across multiple workstreams, solution teams, and business stakeholders.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to accelerate value delivery.
Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to the transformation lead.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in supply chain transformation programs.
Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, operations, and technology ecosystems.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving multiple applications and platforms.
Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and business leaders.
Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program execution skills.
Experience in manufacturing and automotive industries is highly desirable.
