Job Title: Oracle Technical Specialist

Location: Baltimore, MD

Duties and Responsibilities: This Task Order seeks a consultant to complete re-platforming work that has been started.

The current subsystem versions are as follows:

SubSystem	Current Version	To Be Upgraded To
Oracle Database	12c	19c
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) Database v. 11g	11g	12c, 19c
Oracle Application Server v. 10g	10.1.2.3	Weblogic 12.2.1.4
Oracle Internet Directory (OID) Server	10.1.4.3	12.2.1.4 (via 11.1.1.9.0)
Oracle Forms	10g	12c
Oracle Reports	10g	12c
UI is running its own Java applet, requiring JDK v.1.5	Eliminate need for applet and JDK restrictions
Application uses approx. 10 JAR files	Need to be re-signed with MCGOV certificate
CentOS	Upgrade to Red Hat Enterprise Linux v.7 in progress	Version 8 (Just an FYI Work will be completed by Montgomery County)
Enterprise Identity Management/SSO	Custom Java-based (AccessMCG)	Oracle SSO based with Microsoft EntraID identity management solution

Minimum Qualifications/Skill Sets

Extensive work and knowledge of Oracle DB versions 11, 12c, and 19c and,
Extensive work and knowledge of Oracle Middleware (OAS, OID) V. 10g and 12c and,
Extensive work and knowledge of WebLogic v. 11/12 and,
Extensive work and knowledge of Oracle Forms/Oracle Reports 10g, 12c upgrade &
Extensive work and knowledge of Linux, shell scripts
Work and knowledge of Oracle Single Sign On
