Only W2 Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration and consultation with client personnel will be a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities: - Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact.
- Analyze and resolve multi-faceted software engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deliverables and compliance requirements.
- Develop and enhance a policy governance platform.
- Perform Tableau report development for stakeholders.
- Support a high-user-activity application and contribute to greenfield application development.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent (work, consulting, training, military, or education).
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (mandatory, no substitution of Oracle or other DBs).
- 7+ years of experience developing database objects like tables, views, complex stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
- 5+ years of experience with performance tuning of SQL queries.
- 2+ years of Tableau reporting experience.
- 5+ years of experience with data modeling and database design.
- 3+ years of Agile development experience (nice to have).
- Python background (nice to have, with potential AI opportunities).

Pay Range: $65 - $70
