Role: Coupa Functional Consultant
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Duration: Long Term

Job Description

We are looking for experienced resources with strong functional knowledge of Coupa to support an enterprise-wide implementation and deployment initiative. The client currently has the product implemented in select facilities and is looking to expand and standardize the solution across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of Coupa functional processes and business workflows. Technical knowledge of Coupa integrations, configurations, or support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and support enterprise-wide implementation and rollout of Coupa modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement, invoicing, sourcing, and expense management processes.
Guide the client on Coupa best practices, configuration, and adoption strategies.
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future-state enterprise workflows.
Assist in solution design, testing, training, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and system enhancements.
Support change management and user adoption across multiple facilities/business units.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting guidance.

Required Skills

Strong functional expertise in Coupa implementation and deployment.
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Management, Invoicing, Sourcing, or Expense Management modules.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise-level rollouts.
Ability to interact with business users, leadership teams, and technical teams.
Knowledge of Coupa configurations, workflows, approvals, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Technical knowledge of Coupa integrations, APIs, middleware, or data migration.
Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, or Workday.
Experience with enterprise transformation or multi-site deployment projects.
Coupa certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience working with Coupa implementations or support projects.
Prior consulting experience preferred.
