Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant with strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and hands-on experience implementing and configuring Coupa solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Coupa and exposure to Ariba, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end-to-end Coupa implementations, including:
Requirements gathering
Solution design
Configuration and deployment
Configure and customize Coupa modules aligned with business needs
Work on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, including:
Procurement
Supplier management
Invoicing and payments
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Coupa solutions
Integrate Coupa with other enterprise systems and platforms
Provide support during testing, UAT, and production rollout
Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Document configurations, workflows, and best practices
Required Qualifications
8–10 years of overall experience in procurement / finance systems
Strong hands-on experience with Coupa (mandatory)
Proven experience implementing Coupa in at least 2–3 full lifecycle projects
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
Experience with Coupa configuration and deployment
Exposure to or experience with Ariba
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in enterprise environments with complex procurement systems
Integration experience between Coupa and ERP systems
Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards
