Role Overview
This role offers an opportunity for hands-on technical recruiting experience within a recognized technology organization. The position involves supporting end-to-end hiring for specialized and technical roles. This contract provides meaningful exposure to niche, high-impact technology recruitment, enhancing long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional channels.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for specialized technical roles.
- Utilize recruiting systems to manage candidate flow.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and role alignment.
- Determine candidate qualifications and readiness for interviews.
- Communicate technical requirements and expectations clearly to candidates.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant recruiting experience is required. Candidates must have a demonstrated track record of recruiting success, including proven sourcing and pipeline-building experience.
Technical Skills: Strong technical recruiting experience, particularly within engineering or specialized technology roles, is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-house recruiting experience.
- Previous experience in banking or finance recruiting.
Work Environment
- New team members partner closely with experienced recruiters during ramp-up and training.
- The role becomes increasingly autonomous once fully ramped.
- Work is primarily individual-contributor focused, with opportunities to collaborate with other recruiters.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is between $39.00 and $49.00 per hour. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
